Subscription to airport-charges.com includes access to the online charges library for a 12 month period, and access to the airport charges benchmarking tool which is hosted on the website.

How often is the site updated?
The site contains the current charges for each airport. Our full-time research team upload the charges as soon as we have them.

Is there a limit on the number of files I can download?
There is no limit to the number of times charges can be accessed but we operate a fair usage policy which may limit the number of downloads that can be made in each session. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.

The airport I want is missing?
In the unlikely event that the airport you are looking for is not in the library, please contact us and we will obtain and upload the charges.

How do I know the charges are accurate?
Our charges information is obtained from a variety of official sources.

Can I submit charges via the site?

How does the benchmarking tool work?
Details of the airport charges are decoded and loaded into databases to allow automatic calculation of landing and associated charges.

Is there a limit on the number of airports I can benchmark?
The input is limited to five airports on screen at the same time for practical reasons. There is no limit to the number of studies that can be undertaken.

Can the benchmarking tool account for different aircraft types?
Yes. Behind the tool is a database of over 500 airline/aircraft combinations, with correct MTOW and capacity figures researched by our team.

How is the benchmarking product updated?
We automatically update the database when new charges are added or updates received.

Can I change the charges in the benchmarking tool?
Discounts can be incorporated, but the core data cannot be changed.

How can I compare airport charges at airports from different regions
if I only subscribe to one?
Only airports in the region to which you have subscribed are available for charges comparisons.

Why are some airports not displayed?
If an airport is not displayed, we do not have the charges for it. Please let us know, and our researchers will find the necessary information.

Why are some airports displayed but no information is available?
If an airport is shown on the list, we have the charges. If they do not display, please contact us.

Can you provide information on airports not shown on the site?
Yes – please contact us with your requirements.
